OPTIMISING INFANT AND CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT WITH OSTEOPATHY AND LACTATION SUPPORT

I wanted to share with you my first ever podcast appearance, as a guest on the Simply Kids Wellness podcast. Click here to listen to the episode.

In this episode, we chat about osteopathic care and lactation support to assist families with growth, development, breast, and bottle feeding issues.

The combination of osteopathy and lactation consultations addresses movement, symmetry, and feeding patterns which are all interrelated in the wellbeing of babies and young children.

We dive into what inspired me to dedicate my support to babies and children through stages of growth and development after my own experiences as a mother with birth and breastfeeding challenges. We talk about my passion for working with kids from birth and their families to ensure they get a good start to life with optimum feed, play, and sleep functions so they can reach their optimal health.

We also discusses the importance of supporting infant and childhood growth and development for future healthy adults with osteopathy and optimal lactation support.
